Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 24th, 2023

Applies to: All clients of XpertPro.AI, including individuals, organizations, and business entities.


1. All Sales Are Final

At XpertPro.AI, we provide customized GPT-based solutions and AI development services tailored specifically to each client’s needs. Due to the bespoke, non-transferable nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued after purchase or the start of a project—regardless of whether the client is an individual or a business entity.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom GPT model development
  • AI consulting services
  • Subscription-based platform access
  • Training or onboarding services
  • Any tools, templates, or digital assets provided


2. Immediate Service Commencement

Upon payment, development or onboarding work may begin immediately. Because of this:

  • Services are considered delivered once initiated, regardless of project duration.
  • Access to proprietary tools, systems, or resources constitutes delivery.
  • Therefore, no refund is available once work has commenced or access has been granted.


3. Acknowledgment of No-Refund Policy

By entering into a service agreement with XpertPro.AI or completing a transaction, both individual clients and authorized representatives of entities agree to:

  • This no-refund policy in full
  • Assume full responsibility for initiating the service contract
  • Conduct all necessary due diligence prior to starting the project


4. Billing & Disputes

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Change of mind
  • Client delay or non-participation
  • Misunderstanding of deliverables after clear documentation has been provided

Exceptions will only be reviewed for:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Verifiable billing errors
  • Fraudulent charges (with proper documentation)

Requests must be submitted in writing to contact@xpertpro.ai within 5 business days of the charge date. Resolution is at the sole discretion of XpertPro.AI.


5. Subscription Terms (If Applicable)

For clients using subscription-based access:

  • You are responsible for managing your account and canceling prior to the renewal period.
  • No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused time.
  • Upgrades or downgrades may be available upon request, but do not entitle you to a refund.


6. Commitment to Quality

Although payments are non-refundable, XpertPro.AI remains committed to:

  • Delivering high-quality, functional AI products
  • Supporting clients throughout the course of the project
  • Addressing issues in line with the defined scope of work
