• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI products without permission
• Use our tools for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to internal systems or user data
• Misrepresent your affiliation with XpertPro.AI or its partners

Access to certain features or tools may be limited based on your subscription level or agreement.

3. CustomGPT and Pre-Built AI Products

XpertPro.AI offers:

• Pre-Built CustomGPTs: Ready-to-use AI agents created for specific industries or use cases
• Custom-Built GPTs: Solutions developed according to client specifications

All deliverables are subject to scoping, timelines, and terms outlined in your signed agreement or online checkout process.

Use of GPT or AI tools must comply with applicable privacy, data, and industry regulations.

4. Ownership and Licensing

All AI models, prompts, software code, training data, and platform tools created or provided by XpertPro.AI are the intellectual property of XpertPro.AI, unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased tools and solutions within the scope of their agreement. Redistribution, resale, or rebranding without permission is prohibited.

5. Payments and Refunds

All services, subscriptions, and products are prepaid. Payments are due in full unless otherwise agreed.

6. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Some services may include or interact with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM Bright). XpertPro.AI is not responsible for third-party system behavior, outages, or content.

Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with any separate terms of those services.

7. No Guarantee of Results

XpertPro.AI makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue generation, or user success. The effectiveness of our AI solutions depends on proper use, data quality, and external market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, XpertPro.AI is not liable for:

• Loss of income, profits, or business opportunity
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Client misuse or misinterpretation of AI outputs
• Service interruptions or errors caused by third-party providers

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client within the last 12 months.

9. Data Privacy

Use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

You are responsible for obtaining consent from your own users if using our services to collect or process personal data.

10. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or breach your agreement. You may also terminate use at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
